    Hi  I’ve been had some great tips and seen sent some resources – thanks to those who have reached out.  One of the papers I’ve been sent mentions ‘snorkelling’ as part of a workshop – does anyone know what this is – I tried Google but its all about the swimming kind of snorkelling!

      I am not completely sure – but I think I have come across the term in a workshop once. If I remember correctly, ‘snorkelling’ is a problem-solving approach which focuses on a team generating as many ideas / potential solutions as possible within a set time frame, without getting too deeply enmeshed in a particular solution. After that, yo then do a rapid evaluation of all the ideas and select one or two for a ‘deeper dive’ . I hope that helps a bit (though I don’t entirely trust my memory!)
