Thank you. On an individual level have found that reflections, CPD and coaching conversations focused on psychological safety, meaning, connection to purpose, issues of choice and autonomy have been useful in maximising joy in my work and addressing any instances where this was not my experience. In terms of my role more broadly I have found it helpful to consider this key contextual consideration when it might not immediately have been considered in other work e.g. a governance or implementation support issue, which might have been approached in a decontexualise way and where, through dialogue with colleagues, we can explore the contributory factors to whatever the governance or implementation challenge is and consider enablers of joy in work as a means of supporting improvement in engagement, dialogue or team working.
