I have worked as an Occupational therapist since 1993, always in acute physical care, and here at NBT since 2003. I had the pleasure of a secondment with the Perform programme in 2018 and recently made the decision to move to work with colleagues in the area of improvement. There is such a desire and willingness to make patients, treatments and services better, it is a privilege to work alongside colleagues to make this happen.
