Hi Louise, thanks for your message. I attended the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare learning session last week on Sustainable QI. The learning really opened my eyes to how as an Improvement Advisor with Somerset Foundation Trust, I can support teams to really start thinking about sustainability within their projects. This is not something that I had really thought about before if I am honest, but the learning really resonated with me and I am very keen to become a sustainability ambassador for the Improvement Team that I work with. I felt that this group would be a good place to continue the learning that I started last week, but also to use as a forum for any challenges that I may encounter when I do go out and start talking to teams about sustainability.
