Hi David
Thanks for setting up the group. I’m working across General Practice in GM and I’m hoping 2020 will by the year GPs and Practice managers amongst other GP Practice /PCN network workers will develop a better understanding of how QI can improve their patienr’s experience of care and their own working lives.
