Cat has had a long-standing interest in QI since doing her first service improvement project as a FY2 doctor over 15 years ago. Since then she has been a Darzi Fellow, implemented QI and Leadership training for London postgraduate trainees and run a QI project support digital product.
Cat currently works as a Senior Clinical Editor at The BMJ with a special interest in QI and led on their series of articles on QI, produced in partnership with The Health Foundation. She is particularly interested in patient and public involvement, staff wellbeing and improving the integrity of QI.
