Previously Director of Children’s Services, Social Work and Quality Improvement in SEHSCT, NI.Co designed  and led the development and launch of HSCQI, a regional improvement and innovation approach for HSC in Northern Ireland . Executive Coach. Chair of the Northern Ireland Degree in Social Work Partnership.
