I believe that the future of work is people, free to use their initiative but connected, rooted in shared purpose and powered by collaboration. My focus is making that happen. I do this through my work at Easier Inc, which provides me with a platform for collaboration, sharing learning and meeting people. It also helps me to pay the bills.
Before Easier Inc. I worked in healthcare as an NHS senior manager (Torbay Care Trust) and before that in Torbay Council as a programme manager.
I have provided consultancy services to a wide range of clients and sectors and have a specific passion for exploring the future of public services.
