Andy is a well-established and versatile health exec and change leader, with a track record of developing strategies, organisations and programs of transformation.  Specialising in healthcare and technology, his work over the last 20 years has seen him run businesses in MNCs, and work with national and regional governments and healthcare providers on areas such as strategy and policy implementation, organisational and system change, cost reduction, efficiency and productivity improvements, operation model design and patient pathway optimisation.  Formerly of PA Consulting, Deloitte (Director) and GE Healthcare Partners (Managing Partner), and now an independent consultant and coach, his work spans UK, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
