Co Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust have commenced implementation of their 3 year falls strategy. Implementing the use of red zimmer frames for high risk patients, posters being printed for call don’t fall across the organisation and two new Trust wide leaflets being printed for all our population to prevent falls.
