Join us to learn more about the Care Home Improvement Programme (CHIP) – an innovative national quality improvement programme delivered by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland. CHIP supports care home staff in implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care for residents.

We’ll hear from @lisamaynard and @lynnflannigan who both work for the Care Inspectorate and there’ll be time for questions and discussion as well.
