Appreciative Inquiry has consistently been one of the most sought-after and useful sets of tools we’ve explored in Q. We hope to see you there.
This looks like a great session, having used Appreciative Enquiry for in house monitoring and evaluation, it was really helpful for creating safe spaces to explore what could have been done better and how we build on that, as well as celebrating what did work well. and was there anything else we can do.
Created far more open conversations about improvement as reduced the defensiveness that can often accompany a more traditional approach where people may feel its about blame and criticism as opposed to learning and development for improvement .
