Spreading change – does anyone have any useful resources, articles, models?

Hi all – thought this might be a great group to ask. We’re looking to collate resources to co-design a “spreading change” guide – we thought it would be helpful to see what is already out there on spread, adoption and the challenges that can arise (like the IHI seven spreadly sins for example).
