During the webinar on the 15th July I will be talking about the design of integrated management systems and the evolution of an Internationally used management system model. I will be talking particularly about an integrated Quality and Patient Safety management system for healthcare using this model. It would be reprehensible for the NHS not to use this model in satisfying the NHS Impact requirements.
