We want to create a free resource pack focused on supporting individuals, teams and organisations to use certain Human Factors tools to analyse and respond to incidents. Through case studies and a tried-and-tested resource pack, we hope that there is an increase in the proportional response to incidents, using learning from systems across the UK.
