Jess Pawley (@improvjess) has over 10 years’ experience as a Knowledge and Evidence Specialist, with a focus on quality improvement and knowledge management. Her role involves evidence searching and skills training to embed knowledge into practice.  She is also a mentor to those working towards registration with the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP).
