This Thursday (12-1pm) at the Liberating Structures meet-up we’ll be trying out 15% Solutions together. Guided by @hilda-campbell-mbe and @clareclark. 

15% Solutions helps groups and individuals to discover and focus on what they can do right now, asking: “What is your 15 percent? Where do you have discretion and freedom to act?” It shows that there is no reason to wait around, feel powerless, or fearful.

The challenge we’ll use to test this structure on Thursday is: “What is within your control when supporting meaningful engagement in online meetings?”
