Hi Co-production SIG! Anyone here interested in QI coaching and wondering how to convince your organisation’s leaders to get on board?

On April 17th 12:00-13:30 the Coaching Improvement SIG is hosting a workshop on how to sell the benefits of QI coaching to leaders.

In this workshop you’ll explore the real-term benefits that QI coaching brings by focusing on the different groups involved in the process; the organisation itself, the teams receiving coaching, the coach and the patients/public we all serve. And discuss with others how then to communicate these benefits with leaders and other decision makers.

And even though this is focused on coaching, I’m sure there’ll be practical take-aways for selling other QI processes and practices – such as co-production – as well. All are welcome!
