I work as a quality lead for Macmillan. We are looking at our strategy of supporting continuous improvement to improve the experience of patients living with cancer. in the past we have facilitated via post we have funded predominantly in secondary care settings. We would like to explore influencing transformational  ways of working across the system and locally where required; community/primary care etc… Has anyone got experience in doing this in the 3rd sector?
