Anybody looking for some wellness practices to be added to a CoP?

Quick remindr: tomorrow (Nov 14th, Tuesday) we have a Staff Wellbeing call titled ‘Nursing community: managing energy and emotions’ (click to view).

Guest Clare Cable, Chief Executive of QNIS Scotland and Nancy Adams, will share her experiences with Capacitar, a multi-cultural wellness program that looks very easy to implement.  I had a look at the program and seems very straighforward – and honestly, something that could be applied in other dedicated groups, so I thought perhaps this SIG would be a good fit for the event.
