Guest Clare Cable, Chief Executive of QNIS Scotland and Nancy Adams, will share her experiences with Capacitar, a multi-cultural wellness program that looks very easy to implement. I had a look at the program and seems very straighforward – perhaps it’s a good candidate for some wellness focused behavioural experiments?
