Thanks for posting the Public Digital video event that I could not attend. It is really important that we raise such work as it demonstrates what Service Design in the public sector can learn from. Too often it is simply another name for product design, or simply implementing a digital front end. Sometimes it is used to simply reduce cost, pushing up costs elsewhere.
