Like many areas of healthcare our community and acute services have seen an explosion of digital innovation since COVID. However, I was shocked to learn the extent of digital exclusion in my borough. Telehealth and other digital innovation has had a lot of bad press recently – it can bring many benefits and improvements but also has the potential to widen health inequalities and that’s what our Q Exchange project is seeking to further investigate and address.
