So I’m keen we keep this conversation going – in that vein, we are going to have a second session on ‘Joy in work’. @dawnnortman and team from Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust will be sharing how QI helped them to achieve joy at work and how this is reflected in staff satisfaction results. As we move to working within ICS’s, we will all have to consider how we think about joy at macro level, beyond the walls of our practice, and this promises to be a taster as to how this can be done.
