As part of our Q exchange project Talk to us together we want to organise family interviews to understand what was positive in their journey and what was missing. By questioning several families we hope to capture good practice which we can further embed in our processes and understand what is missing so we can build it into our current processes. We hope to also undertake ecosystem modelling to understand the patient journey from start to finish and we will use the knowledge from good practice and GAPS in practice to fit it into the journey.
Can anyone help/suggest any methodology or guidance on how to go about this.
