Hi – I am a programme manager at the West of England AHSNwhere I have been leading a programme of work called West of England Academy. This offers educational resources (online and face to face) to enhance the knowledge of health acre professionals in the use of Innovation and Quality Improvement method and tools. Recently, to support the AHSN response to the pandemic I have been assigned to support our Digital Transformation work programme as well. So I am a QI practitioner working in digital transformation.
