Hello – today we did a session with the coin spinning game for PDSA cycles using breakout rooms on zoom – we used the ‘brodcast to all’ button to give prompts in thinking, remind them of roles and just help them along the way. We then did a group debrief after – feedback from the group was really good. There are some good videos on the IHI website about it this exercise. Translated well to virtual as coins are things people have in the house & with a tilt of the camera everyone can see whats happening. (We’ve struggled with some of the other PDSA games due to our tech limitations within the Trust – we can’t access a lot of whiteboard type applications).

Also used slido to make a wordcloud around ‘what comes to mind when you think of Quality Improvement’ to show positive & negatives and how to address these when doing QI projects.
