Design and facilitation support needed – evaluation/retrospective and reflection workshop

This message is on behalf of BioWink GmbH the software developer of the Clue App. I work at BioWink as Project Manager and together with a large team just closed a year-long project that was a significant strategic priority for the organisation.

We are now looking for a provider who can support me and the COO to design and deliver an evaluation and reflection workshop(s). The purpose is to support the team to learn and improve from the experience of delivering the project.

If possible, the facilitator should have an understanding of software projects or design and development practices. There is a preference for someone who can travel to join the team in Berlin Germany. However, support to design an evaluation workshop that can be delivered by the team themselves is also fine.

This is somewhat of a priority as we would like to reflect on the last year before the next phase of the work kicks off.
