I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions around the supporting of distressed patients during a VC and also how to support staff to manage their own feelings following a VC with a distressed patient? Many thanks for any suggestions of resources etc

  I would be really interested to know what works well in supporting distressed patients through VC and what kind of support works well for staff. The AQUA debrief materials available in Q community which could be adapted for VC
