hi, I said I would message you all on here in response to an ask that came through the COVID-19 AHP discussion forum (see my earlier thread if you haven’t accessed yet). Leaders are looking for support in finding innovative ways to create additional capacity – I’m sure most of you will already be supporting the rapid changes that are taking place in practice but if not it’s a great time to knock on doors and offer your help. I can’t think of a better time to use PDSA cycles to rapidly test and implement change with some wrap-around measurement to asses impact. Has anyone got anything to share around how the COVID pandemic has ramped up their ability to support their team/organisation/system?
