In this survey, we are seeking Q members’ views on a topic confronting the health service across the UK, and one that was signalled as a major priority in the recent NHS Long Term Plan in England. The responses will be shared with the Q community to support improvement work and the development of proposals for this year’s Q Exchange as well as being used to influence health policy more widely.

The survey should take around 10 minutes. Participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will be treated confidentially and any quotations provided will be cited anonymously. The deadline for completion is Tuesday 21 May.
