This is a resource which can be used to gather views from different stakeholders around actions which can support climate action/decarbonisation. The idea being, each stakeholder group develop their own Jigsaw Lid and then share them with each other. Energy is then invested in areas of commonality and all voices feel heard. The pieces agreed on can form the basis of an action plan. The rear of the document offers ideas on how to facilitate these sessions.
