I'm a nurse working in digital, my background prior to that includes, theatres, oncology and oncology research. I'm passionate about building an inclusive digital community within the hospital trust I work for and bringing evidence based practice to the clinical digital role. Currently involved in Process mapping our entire nursing documentation pathway, this has led to an interest in systems thinking methodology which we are applying to the analysis. I also do some video editing and art on the side and have designed our team logos.
