Improvement experience

I worked for NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland for 30 years providing statutory reporting, data quality and sales reports within Retail and management information/reconciliation reports to Corporate teams across the globe. After being made redundant I qualified as a PCV licence holder and acted as a Branch Secretary for the Unite Union for 41⁄2  years. I joined the NHS QI team in March 2022 as the QI Analyst for MSEFT.
