I have  over 30 years experience on impact through engagement with organisations and policy campaigns on the global challenges of fairer, wealthier, dynamic economies and thriving societies.

Recent  research explores fair and decent work in Scotland, critically exploring what matters to employers and employees; focussing on integrated care and social care. In policy domains this is about campaigning for a National Performance outcome and indicator on care in the National Performance Framework (NPF) Scotland.  In practice i engage with various employers organisations and HSCPs to support their wokforce development and leadership collaborations

I am director of the UWS Social Impact, Leadership & Management (SIL&M) research group, and  a core group member of the International Centre for Integrated Care in Scotland
