I have been a nurse for the last 29 years working in the NHS. Most of this in provider services in a variety of settings including ED, paediatrics and community. I am an RGN, RN (child), District Nurse and an advanced nurse practitioner. I have spent the last 3 years working in commissioing but at the end of May 2016 I will take up the post of Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality at Leeds Community healthcare trust.
I am passionate about ensuring the care we provide is safe and effective and of a high quality.
