Biography

Ruth is an organisational psychologist and health services researcher whose work focuses on the NHS workforce, and NHS service design, delivery and evaluation. Ruth is particularly interested in: (1) the design and organisation of General Practice; (2) knowledge mobilisation and evidencing impact through creative means; and (3) realist methodology, qualitative methods and evidence synthesis. She is experienced in leading projects that involve: literature reviews; interviews; focus groups; and data analysis. Ruth also has a professional development award in Service Design from the Service Design Academy and is Prince2 Practitioner qualified with over a decade of applied project management experience.
