I am the lead for Simulation and Clinical Skills at the Royal London Hospital.  A nurse by background, I now work full-time in education.  My interests lie in simulation based education and how this can translate into improvements in patient safety.  As well as full immersive team training I also lead on our in-situ simulation program and have an interest in clinical systems, patient pathways and the use of latent errors as a means for quality improvement
