I am an experienced trainer, organisational development practitioner and skilled facilitator. I have a post-graduate certificate in Systems Thinking in Practice, and am a qualified individual and team coach and have trained in adult learning, leadership development, quality improvement and using LEAN tools.

I am experienced in designing and delivering EMCC-accredited coaching programmes and resources as well as facilitation and coaching with teams and individuals.

I previously worked in a senior organisational development and effectiveness business partner role in an NHS Trust in the north west where I specialised in team-based working, performance coaching and leadership development across various community and inpatient settings. I have extensive experience of designing and delivering OD work in Forensic Secure Services.

My earlier career involved working learning and development for local government and the outsourcing industry.
