I joined Health Innovation West Midlands in October 2019 in my current role as Improvement Science Manager ensuring the delivery, adoption and spread of the NHS England National Patient Safety Improvement Programmes in West Midlands healthcare organisations.  Leading programmes and projects in the five key areas; Deterioration, Maternity and Neonatal Care, Medicine Safety, Mental Health and System Safety.

I have worked in the NHS since 1994 previously employed at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust (now University Hospitals Birmingham) in various roles including Medical Records, Bereavement Services Management, Investigations and Patient Safety.

I've loved all my roles and consider myself lucky that I have worked with such great teams and have been part of some amazing work.  I've always been known for my can do attitude and getting things done.
