I am currently working for the NHS as a Service Management Principal Specialist helping to deliver and integrate ITIL best practice across a number of NHS Wales IT services.
I lead a small team of two (Including me!) and cover service mgmt arrangements for national IT Services Canisc & Hospital Pharmacy.
I also lead on championing Problem Management which involves development of policy, process & procedure and also deliver training and awareness sessions on a frequent basis to operational staff.
I attained the IQT Silver accreditation in 2015 and lead on Continual Service Improvement activities within my team and have recently developed a bespoke SIP end to end process for medium to large scale SIP activities.
