I have worked in the NHS for over 25 years, initially training as a Nurse, I worked as a District Nurse for many years, which is where my passion for improving services and patient care began.

I am a dedicated, passionate and proficient leader of change with a history of achieving results at national, regional and local level. I hold a broad range of experience, knowledge and proven application across a wide range of areas including operational, programme, project and change management, quality and service improvement and clinical skills.

Experienced at working in intricate and challenging environments, with a range of health and social care stakeholders to shape services, share learning, and support implementation to build the evidence base for best practice and deliver quality services.
