At the next Liberating Structures user group meet-up on Thursday April 11th, 12-1pm, we’ll be testing 15% Solutions, guided by @hilda-campbell-mbe and @clareclark.

15% Solutions gets individuals and groups to focus on what is within their discretion instead of what they cannot change – and swiftly generate actionable ideas and solutions. 

This structure works well for building trust in groups and supports people to discover their individual and collective power. A useful one for any community of practice to do I believe. 

The question we’ll explore and use to test the structure is: what is within your control when supporting meaningful engagement in online meetings?
