As Co-Founder of L & L Consultancy Group, I want to begin to build communities of care, rather than episodes, and in order to do this we have to see the value in putting the workforce and the people we serve at the very heart of its design and delivery.

With over 20 years of children's nursing, management and commissioning experience I believe that I bring a unique and magical perspective in how we get the best out of our health and social care system within a realistic and sustainable budget.
