I lead on the key priorities of talent management and leadership development. Over the last few years I have developed coaching and mentoring capacity to support and enable leaders achieve their potential.
I qualified as a nurse at University College Hospital in 1983. I worked in community nursing in North London and held senior clinical nursing posts in Hertfordshire. I then moved roles into workforce development and leadership. Throughout my career I have had a passion for developing staff and keeping a focus on high quality care for patients.
