Hi am a nurse of 30 years experience, most recently clinical as a Matron for Dialysis and Nephrology. I moved across to Patient Safety in 2015 and have more recently refocused my role on Serious Incidents & Family Liaison (amongst other things). I am on a significant learning journey 🙂
