Independent restorative trainer. Works with schools, youth and community organisations organisations, introducing restorative mindset and skillset. Also facilitates restorative meetings/conferences. Has personal experience of an adverse Health Care event (father died in hospital).

Has worked in this area for 6 years, and has also embedded the practices in other areas such as parenting and underage sports coaching. Is a CDI RP Quality Specialist and part of the events/communication committee with Restorative Practice Ireland (RPI).

Believes strongly in a relational approach and combining other practices such as Nonviolent Communication, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions and Open Space Technology.

Was previously RP Development Officer for Limerick, and worked 18 in residential childcare services.
