Jan is a consultant and Director of MB3 Healthcare Ltd working in quality improvement in health care as a consultant, programme developer, trainer, technical author and expert in external evaluation.  Her experience includes five years implementing and maintaining a quality management system in a UK hospital after which she spent eleven years as a client manager managing a portfolio of clients in a UK based accreditation agency. During this time she worked in the UK and Europe leading teams of healthcare professional assessment teams; other duties included, developing standards and assessment processes, training of peer review assessors and development of internal quality management systems. More recently she was an Accreditation Manager at The International Society of Healthcare (ISQua) for their International Accreditation Programme and she still is an active surveyor for them. Other roles have been as technical author for the British Standards Institute, standards review expert for various international accreditation agencies and as advisor for the national agency for accreditation in healthcare in Tunisia. Jan’s approach is to offer support and practical solutions to organisation delivery the quality agenda in health and social care.
