Isabel has worked in the NHS for just over 20 years. Her background is in medical education and high-fidelity medical simulation. Since moving to the Health Innovation Network 7 years ago, Isabel has project managed several innovative programmes ranging from musculoskeletal health, physical deterioration and wound care. She has extensive experience in supporting the spread and adoption of evidence-based interventions in a variety of settings such as NHS acute trusts, NHS community trusts, leisure industry, third sector and social care. Her current programmes of work focus largely on care in the community and social care which she is passionate about. She is committed to improving the quality of life for patients and service users.
