Waiting times “Wonderlist” – showcasing and spreading best practice and lean approaches which can support us to tackle waits nationally. Vote for our idea as part of Q Exchange! 

We are hoping to tackle the siloed nature of healthcare by putting more of a spotlight on the great improvement work that takes places in providers across our countries. We plan to run webinars to showcase this work and will house these ideas via recorded webinars,  “change packages” to adopt the change ideas, and a “spreading QI” guide on a website – plus much more.
